How does this work?
Pick a product, choose any supported crypto, and you get a unique deposit address. Send the exact amount shown — once your transaction confirms on the blockchain, your key is generated automatically and shown on the page. No human in the loop.
Do I need an account?
No — you can buy as a guest. But signing in with Telegram unlocks a personal dashboard with all your orders, referral link, coupons, spin rewards, HWID reset and 2FA. There is no email or password — just one tap on Telegram.
I don't have crypto yet — how do I buy LTC or USDT?
The simplest path: open an account on Binance, Coinbase, or Bybit, buy USDT (TRC20) or LTC with your card, then withdraw to the address we show you. Fees and limits depend on the exchange. Make sure you withdraw on the right network — for USDT use TRC20 (cheap, fast).
Which payment currencies are supported?
12+ coins including BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20 / BSC), TRON, Solana, Monero, BNB, BCH, Dogecoin, XRP and more. Pick one at checkout — the live exchange rate and exact send amount are shown before you confirm.
How long until I get my key?
Typically 2–10 minutes total. Breakdown:
· Network confirmation depends on the coin you sent (LTC ~2 min, USDT-TRC ~1 min, BTC ~10 min)
· If your coin is not USDT-TRC20, an automatic conversion runs: another ~1 min
· Then your key appears on screen.
I sent the payment but no key — what should I do?
1) Keep the payment page open — it polls automatically every few seconds.
2) Verify you sent the
exact amount shown (a few cents off is OK, much off is not).
3) Verify you used the
correct network (USDT-TRC20 ≠ USDT-ERC20).
4) Wait up to 30 minutes for slow networks.
5) Still nothing? Contact us on
Telegram with your Order ID and TX hash.
Why does the amount have weird decimals?
Crypto prices change every second. The amount shown is the live rate at the moment your order was created, locked in for ~10 minutes. Send exactly that amount.
Bundle pricing — how much do I save?
Larger bundles = lower per-unit price.

Can I use one key on multiple Switches?
No — one key works on a single Switch only. After the first activation, the key is tied to that console's HWID. If you change consoles, you have one free HWID reset available from your Account → Keys tab. Further resets require contacting support.
I lost my payment link / closed the tab — can I get my key back?
Two ways:
· Sign in with Telegram → all your past orders show up on the
Account page automatically.
· No account? Use
Find your key with your 24-character Order ID.
What's the bonus spin after delivery?
After your key is delivered, you can spin a wheel once per order for a chance to win a discount coupon (5%, 10%, or 20% off — chances are weighted; most spins win nothing). Coupons are valid for 14 days on your next order.
How does the referral program work?
Sign in with Telegram, copy your referral link from the Referral tab, and share it. Every 3 successful purchases via your link earns you a $5 off coupon (valid 30 days). Self-referral attempts are blocked by anti-fraud (same Telegram account or same IP cannot reward yourself).
What is the daily check-in streak?
Open your Account → Orders tab once a day and tap Check in. Every 7 consecutive days earns you a $5 off coupon (valid 30 days). Miss a day and the streak resets. The longest streak you ever held is saved on your profile.
How do I apply a coupon code?
At checkout, paste it in the "Coupon code" field and tap Apply. Or — from your Account → Coupons tab, just click the code: it gets carried over automatically to your next checkout.
What is 2FA and should I enable it?
Two-Factor Authentication adds a Telegram OTP requirement for sensitive actions (HWID reset, account deletion, disabling 2FA itself). Recommended if you've linked many orders or accumulated rewards. You can toggle it in Account → Settings.
Can I sign out of other devices?
Yes — Account → Settings → Active devices shows every browser/phone signed into your account. Tap Sign out on any one (including the current device).
How do I delete my account?
Account → Settings → Delete account permanently. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm (and an OTP if 2FA is on). Your existing keys keep working — only your account profile, sessions and referral data are erased.
What about DNS, VPN, or EmuMMC?
Don't use them. DNS / proxy / VPN can break activation. EmuMMC will get you banned. Use stock SysMMC.
Refunds?
Crypto payments are final. If something is genuinely wrong on our end (key never delivered, wrong product), reach out on Telegram and we'll make it right.
Is my payment private?
We do not collect your name, email, or phone — only what Telegram itself exposes (id, display name, optional username/photo) when you choose to sign in. Crypto transactions themselves are public on the blockchain. For maximum on-chain privacy, pay in Monero (XMR) or use a coin different from USDT-TRC (we use FixedFloat to convert, breaking the on-chain link).
