DeepSea

DeepSea (Team Neptune) bundles Atmosphère + Hekate + sigpatches + the most-used homebrew tools into a single zip. Extract to SD root and you have a working CFW environment.
What's included (highlights)
- Latest Atmosphère
- Hekate bootloader + Nyx GUI
- sigpatches (auto-updated)
- Goldleaf / EdiZon / Checkpoint / nxdumptool
- sys-clk / sys-con / sys-ftpd-light
- Tesla Menu + Status Monitor Overlay
- Homebrew App Store / NXThemes Installer
Setup
- Download
DeepSea_X.X.X.zip from GitHub releases.
- Extract to your SD card root (overwrite/merge existing folders).
- Inject Hekate over RCM (TegraRcmGUI or similar).
- Pick "Launch CFW" from Hekate. Done.
Total time: ~10 minutes. Hand-rolling Atmosphère + each tool separately takes 1–2 hours.
Update lag
Bundled releases lag 1–2 weeks behind new HOS. Raw Atmosphère ships in hours-to-days. If you need to track HOS quickly, build Atmosphère alone.
About sigpatches: required to run unsigned titles (NSP installs). Legally gray and tied directly to running pirated commercial copies. Using them on titles you don't own is illegal.
Relation to the secretchat.tel loader
Our loader requires Atmosphère, so DeepSea is a shortcut to the environment the loader needs (10-min setup vs hand-rolling). However, do not use the bundled sigpatches for NSP installs while running the loader — sigpatches on SysMMC = near-certain ban. See SysMMC loader vs EmuMMC cheats.
