Start here when something breaks. Most issues are fixed by re-doing the SD setup or resetting your HWID. If your symptom isn't listed, ping Telegram support with your Order ID.
No "Loader" menu in Album
Cause: hbmenu.nro is missing or in the wrong place.
Fix: re-download hbmenu.nro from https://secretchat.tel/shop/loader/hbmenu.nro and place it at the root of the SD card (not inside any folder). Re-insert SD into Switch and re-open Album.
Loader opens but says "Key not found" or auth error
Cause: License.txt is missing, has wrong key, or contains extra characters.
Fix: open License.txt on PC, ensure it contains exactly your key (e.g. Gw-ABCDEF-XYZ123) on a single line, no quotes, no leading/trailing spaces. Save as plain UTF-8.
"HWID error" / "Hardware ID mismatch"
Cause: this key was already activated on a different Switch.
Fix: sign in at
/account → Keys tab → click
Reset HWID on this key. You get one free reset per key. After reset, re-launch on the new Switch.
Payment sent but key never delivered
Cause options:
1) Wrong network used (USDT-ERC20 vs TRC20)
2) Amount sent is significantly different (more than 1% off)
3) Network is slow / mempool congested
Fix: keep the payment page open — it polls every 5 seconds. Wait up to 30 minutes. If still nothing, contact support on
Telegram with your Order ID and TX hash.
Switch shuts down or crashes when launching the loader
Cause: SD card is faulty or formatted as exFAT with bad clusters.
Fix: try another microSD card (Samsung EVO Plus or SanDisk Ultra recommended), format as exFAT with the official SD Memory Card Formatter, then redo the setup steps.
Banned by Nintendo after using the loader
Cause: most likely you had EmuMMC / Atmosphere / DNS / VPN active.
Fix: bans are mostly permanent for the console, but your purchased keys can be moved. Read
EmuMMC vs SysMMC to avoid this on a different console.
Spin wheel doesn't appear after delivery
Cause: spin only appears once per delivered order, on the payment page.
Fix: open the same payment page (sign in to /account → Orders → Open payment page). If it says "Already spun", you already spent it.
Coupon code is rejected at checkout
Cause options:
1) Coupon expired
2) Coupon already used (1-use limit)
3) Coupon does not apply to that product (rare)
Fix: check the coupon list at
/account → Coupons. Status will show "expired" or "used".
Telegram login button doesn't work
Cause: blocked by browser tracking-prevention or third-party cookies disabled.
Fix: try a different browser, or use the QR code login option (open Telegram on your phone and scan).
Streak counter reset to 0
Cause: you missed a day. Streak only counts consecutive daily check-ins.
Fix: just start again — your longest streak is still saved on your profile.
